About

Principles

Our life, liberty, property rights, and supporting rights are made secure from government people through the Constitution separating the state, legislative, executive, and judicial powers, through the Constitution defining offsetting powers, and through government people respecting other government people’s powers and asserting their own offsetting powers.

When government people fail to respect others’ powers or when government people fail to assert their own offsetting powers, government people deny us our rights.

rConstitution.us is commentary showing the ways that government people are constitutionally required to limit themselves and other government people.
